Faculty of Science & Technology

The Faculty of Science & Technology (FST) was established on 1 December 2003 in an effort to produce science and technology experts in various critical fields, with the aim to make Malaysia as a developed and progressive Islamic country. Thus, FST provides opportunities for SPM (O’ Level) leavers from various Islamic religious schools and pre-university centers, to pursue their studies in the field of science and technology, as well as fardu’ ain knowledge. This opportunity leads to a paradigm shift among the Muslim society in Malaysia.  It shows that the enrollment of their children into religious schools does not restrict these children from following other courses apart from religious courses.
